Signage & Digital

<

The signage has a limited lifetime. Indeed, its utility decreases in time because once the user has taken his bearings, he no longer needs it to travel the school space. So what happens to these signs in time? It is by creating an application that I come to give them a second life, opening new perspectives to the user experience.

In visitor mode, the application complements the orientation in space with an interactive map and improves communication of school activities on different levels.

On the one hand, the service proposes to communicate the news of the establishment. Once connected with its ENT* user name, we can share announcements.

*Espace Numérique de Travail, which means in english, a "digital work space"

On the other hand, different types of QR Codes play the role of showcase of the school at different scales.

At the entrance of the establishment, they return directly to the web page of the associated pole. Near a workshop, they communicate the associate training and the photos freely shared by the regular occupants. Finally they are hidden QR Codes in unusual places, revealing their particular history.

These QR Codes finally play the role of the signage, which is to allow the user to fully appropriate the Jean Monnet high school.
